Duties include working with all members of the development team and liaising with other departments and stakeholders, as well as offering alternative approaches to problem-solving to ensure we stay at the cutting edge. The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Experience developing docker/Kubernetes/serverless application architecture
  • Familiarity with microservices and event-driven based architecture
  • Practical knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Quality DevOps experience
  • DevOps mindset and have practical experience with CI/CD pipelines/unit+integrations testing
  • Strong working knowledge of GIT version control

Moni Talks requires a self-motivated, creative Graphic Designer who will shape the visual profile of Moni Talks across multiple channels on an global stage. With a firm understanding of the values and mission, and comprehensive knowledge of brand guidelines, you will help set the design direction of the company as a key member of the marketing team.

While the emphasis will be on content for online channels, including websites, social media and newsletters, the role will encompass a broad range of design projects, including out of home advertising, print and promotional materials. You will not only follow briefs from the marketing team, but play an important part in formulating them. You will be eager to contribute to team discussions to ensure all output is on message, engaging and results driven. Experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sectors is not essential, but an interest in the industries would be beneficial.

This position requires an experience individual who is ready to broaden their knowledge base and eager to expand skills through ongoing professional development and learning.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager who is ready to demonstrate their skills in the fast-moving cryptocurrency space. Joining the Moni Talks marketing team you will play a key role in growing and managing international affiliate relationships. Working alongside fellow affiliate specialists, you will be responsible for engaging new and existing affiliates, supporting on-boarding, and strengthening relationships. You will enable resources and tools to enhance the experience of affiliate partners and contribute to acquisitions strategies and regular reporting. You will also contribute to other marketing responsibilities, including project management, data reporting and business development, aligning affiliate strategies and campaigns with all marketing activity.

If you have a passion for affiliate partnerships, with a committed approach to self-motivated learning, results-driven planning, and an eagerness to share your knowledge and experience with colleagues in this fast-moving, dynamic sector, and you are flexible and adaptable then this could be the role for you.

You will be confident communicating affiliate strategy to fellow marketing team members and reporting to key stakeholders and the management team. Role Requirements:

At least two years’ experience as affiliate operative Experience in a consumer-facing brand, preferably in fintech or financial services Curiosity about cryptocurrency and the blockchain space Proven experience working across different marketing channels, especially social and growth marketing Project management experience Familiarity with widely used affiliate tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Confident negotiation skills Ability to analyse high volumes of data and produce accessible reports An interest in cryptocurrency, fintech and blockchain Ability to work to tight deadlines, handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently manage workflow
